Thank you for shopping with Rebel Dolls! We hope you love your new merchandise, but we understand sometimes items don't work out. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and more importantly, we want you to love your new items.
We have implemented the following policy for returns and exchanges:
All unworn merchandise (with tags still attached) may be returned for a store credit. We accept returns, up to 7 days from the date the order was purchased in person, or delivered via shipping carrier.
After the 7th day, from the delivery or purchase date, all sales are considered final and can no longer be returned.
Items that have been worn, smell of perfume, have deodorant or makeup stains, smell of smoke, or have pet hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned back to you with an additional shipping charge.
Please note all sale items are considered final and are nonrefundable. This includes: sale or clearance items, flash sales, and discounted items. Sale items cannot be returned for a store credit.
Accessories, jewelry, belts, sunglasses, bralettes, and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Swimsuits may be returned only if the above requirements are met, and if the bottom sticker liner is still fully attached.
Rebel Rag Bags and Mystery Bags are final sale, and cannot be returned.
If you received defective merchandise please contact us immediately, within two business days from the package delivery date, so we may resolve this issue for you.
Please note all returned items may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.
Any shipping fees will not be included in the final return amount.
When returning or exchanging

After following the steps listed above, return your item(s) via shipping carrier of your choice.
Please make sure to include your order number, name, or receipt.
Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise while in transit. Once your package is received, please allow our return department up to five business days for processing.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an e-mail notification containing an e-gift card in the amount of your store credit. Your store credit may be used in-store or online.
