Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and, more than anything, we want you to love your new purchase. So, we have implemented the following policy for exchanges and returns:
All unworn merchandise, with tags still attached, may be returned or exchanged 7 days from the date the order was purchased in person, or received via shipping carrier.
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund up to 7 days after the package was received.
Merchandise may also be exchanged for another item, or a store credit, 7 days after the package was received.
After the 7th day, from the delivery or purchase date, all sales are considered final and can no longer be returned or exchanged.
Items that have been worn, smell of perfume, have deodorant or makeup stains, smell of smoke, or have pet hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned back to you with an additional shipping charge.
Please note all sale items are considered final and are nonrefundable. This includes: sale or clearance items, flash sales, and discounted items. Sale items cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or be exchanged.
Accessories, jewelry, belts, sunglasses, bralettes, bodysuits, and bathing suits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Rebel Rag Bags are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you received defective merchandise please contact us immediately within two business days from the package delivery date, so we may resolve this issue for you.
Please note all returned items may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee
When returning or exchanging

After following the steps listed above, return your item(s) via shipping carrier of your choice.
Please make sure to include your order number, name, and whether or not you are returning, exchanging, or would like a store credit.
Return shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise while in transit. Once your package is received, please allow our return department up to five business days for processing.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an e-mail notification with the status of your return.
If you would like a refund for your merchandise, we will refund your purchase amount, minus any shipping fee, back to your original payment method.
